The doctors are not too specific in this area.

I had lateral release, removal and reefing internal plica before 6 weeks.

Into a corset, 5 weeks, crutches for 2.5 weeks, and now in a new orthopedic splint.

PT started last week .... 30 degrees range of motion .... in full extension ... ".... even on foot with a "leg much loss of muscle mass .... The pain is always a series of 4 to 7

I go pt 2 times a week ... Doing some exercises at home when the pain .... not too much hard work
